Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery

We deliver all over Bangladesh. Delivery charges are shown at checkout:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

Some products come with free delivery.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery.

Returns

Please check your parcel when it arrives. You can hand an item back to the delivery person at the time of delivery, or contact us within 3 days of receiving it to arrange a return.

All our skincare products are imported, so an item can only be returned if its seal is unbroken. We cannot accept an item that has been opened or used.

Return delivery charges

  • If the mistake is ours, we pay the return charge.
  • In all other cases, the customer pays the return charge.

Refunds

  • If you are paying cash on delivery and return the item before paying, there is nothing to refund.
  • If you have already paid, we will refund you through bKash or Nagad.
